Career Mode takes you through five different poker communities, starting with a weekly garage game and eventually reaching the Diamond Lounge. Each room has its own regulars, atmosphere, stakes, and championship to win.

The recurring characters have their own personalities, backstories, voices, and ways of playing poker. More than 2,800 lines of dialogue let them react to what's actually happening at the table — big pots, bad beats, bluffs, rivalries, and your history with them.

Opponents Who Actually Play Differently

Playing poker against opponents who all make the same decisions gets old quickly. Project Poker's opponents are built around individual decision profiles that affect how they approach a hand.

You'll run into aggressive bluffers, tight grinders, loose gamblers, disciplined veterans, and plenty in between. Their tendencies affect how often they enter pots, how aggressively they bet, when they're willing to bluff, and how they react to different situations.

They also adjust to the table. As players are eliminated and a game becomes short-handed, opponents open up their ranges and become more aggressive. Career characters still retain their individual tendencies, so they don't suddenly turn into the same player when the table gets small.

Want more control? Custom games let you fine-tune the table yourself, or you can choose from difficulty options ranging from a relaxed game to opponents that will punish bad decisions.

Project Poker is built as an offline single-player poker game. There are no lobbies to wait for, no matchmaking, and no need for other players to be online.

Start a table whenever you want. Play a few hands or settle in for an entire evening. Career Mode can be saved mid-session and picked back up later exactly where you left off.
