About This Demo

Wrathflame is a dark fantasy themed 2D top down real-time bullet hell shooter featuring retro Pico8 pixel graphics and chiptunes.  You are a sorcerer-monk of the order of Wrathflame battling the machinations of the heretical Wyvern cult.  Completing each level gives you the opportunity to level up one of four spells.

The demo contains the first 4 (four) levels from the full game and save games from the demo are fully compatible with the full game so you can continue your progress!

The full game features:

  • Bullet Hell shooter

  • 20 levels

  • 4 spell types each with 10 skill levels

  • 4 character sprites

  • Unique mechanics

  • Retro graphics

  • Dozens of chiptunes

  • Made entirely in Pico8

  • Absolutely no AI

Once you have made it through the game you can keep playing through it endlessly and the game will get progressively more difficult with each successive playthrough.
