You’re forced to jump into Oubliette, the enormous fissure in the ground that separates the elfen plateau from the rest of the continent. This is where they toss their trash — useless junk, broken gear, and people like you — to dispose of.

You fall, and fall...

When you hit the bottom, you’ll know freedom at last.

...But instead of the endless abyss, you wake in the woods to find a flitty fox girl standing over you, her palms awash with healing sorcery.

This kitsune woman is not an otherworldly deity, nor a spirit of the forest; she is simply a gifted sorceress, a fellow condemned criminal, and your mortal savior.

In gratitude, you pledge her your servitude.

She will make good use of it. Your new fluffy-tailed leader has unearthed natural riches granting power beyond belief, and holds grand ambitions. To see them through, she’ll need allies she can depend on.

Fight for freedom, mingle with the mafia, and change the continent forever.
