Defeat the Rulers of the Deep

Face three major bosses during a nine-location campaign: a raging ogre that can chase down the train, a giant web-spinning spider that attacks from the arena walls, and a kobold lord commanding waves of reinforcements.

Upgrade your crew, protect the locomotive, and keep the train moving. The deeper you travel, the harder it becomes to reach the next stop.

Your Train Is Your Fortress

P2C is an action-strategy roguelite about commanding a combat train through procedurally generated underground catacombs.

Man the locomotive’s rotating gun, direct your crew’s fire, control the train’s speed, and make split-second decisions as kobold squads swarm the tracks and board your wagons.

Build a Fighting Train

• Expand your convoy with additional wagons.

• Recruit Gunners, Alchemists, and Mechanics.

• Arrange soldiers and modules across limited wagon slots.

• Reinforce your train with armor, rams, and emergency charges.

• Repair damaged wagons and restore wrecked cars at pit stops.

Every wagon matters. If one is destroyed, you lose its crew and equipment—but the wreck remains attached until you can restore it. If the locomotive falls, the run is over.

Shape Your Crew

Your soldiers gain experience by fighting enemies and repairing the train. At pit stops, promote them through branching upgrade paths and create specialized builds.

Turn a Gunner into a long-range sniper or an accelerating Gatling specialist. Develop an Alchemist into a master of fire, ice, poison, or unpredictable mixtures. Train a Mechanic to reinforce a single wagon—or keep the entire convoy alive.

Choose Your Route

No two expeditions follow the same tracks. Locations are procedurally generated with branching and merging routes, combat rooms, traps, roadblocks, and hidden dangers.

Choose your path at every junction. Push through active encounters for greater rewards, or escape before your battered train is overwhelmed.

Adapt to Tactical Enemies

Enemy squads combine distinct roles and coordinate their attacks. Armored vanguards target key wagons, fast flankers strike from the sides, ranged attackers fire from the rear, and bombers attempt to reach the train before they explode.

As the expedition continues, enemies grow stronger, elites enter the fight, and the underground becomes increasingly hostile.
