Freewake is a team-based strategy and space simulation game where cooperation and ambition collide.

Build an empire with other players. Secure resources, colonize worlds, protect trade routes, and defeat rival powers—then compete with your own allies for wealth, influence, military strength, and control of the team itself.

Serve the empire, manipulate it from within, or seize command for yourself.

Far from Earth, ambition takes many forms. Trade, explore, raid, fight for hire, or live as an independent Free Captain on the frontier.

Freedom is dangerous. Supplies run out, help may be far away, and one bad decision can leave a ship stranded—or destroyed.

Fight a War of Information

Space combat takes its cues from submarine warfare. Detection, concealment, deception, and patience matter as much as firepower.

Control your emissions, hide your ships, scan uncertain contacts, mislead enemies, and launch slow-moving missiles across an active battlefield. Every attempt to find the enemy risks revealing yourself.

Victory belongs to the commander who understands what the enemy knows—and what they only think they know.
