What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The early access process fosters a healthy relationship between developers and players; we deemed it a suitable choice for our project, as it allows emerging amateur studios to gain experience and further develop their work.
Our project is still in its early stages; we need to make further adjustments to the audio, maps, and inventory systems.
However, we first need to understand how players react to these elements.
For instance, is the inventory system we are currently using user-friendly?
That is precisely the kind of insight we can gain through player feedback.
By their very nature, survival games lend themselves well to the constant addition and removal of features.
Given that we are actively developing our game, we decided that the early access model was the right fit for our project.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep our game in early access for one year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“graphics improvements

optimization issues

cursor errors

missing language options

inadequate inventory system

all the items listed above will be fixed after Early Access
we will also add features to the game that players request”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We haven't released an update based on the messages received so far, but we do plan to roll out a comprehensive update after gathering initial feedback; we are currently in the first stage of early access.
Implementing early access effectively requires some time.
For instance, if you release a major update after five months—having listened to and resolved players' issues—the players will be happy.
However, dragging out the early access period for too long isn't ideal; otherwise, players might get the impression that the game isn't being developed and that the developer is indifferent.
We plan to release an update for *Survival Dimension* three months after the initial launch.
