# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and **Yasin Demir** ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us") governing your installation, access to, and use of the video game **ASHMOURN**, including all associated software, artwork, music, audiovisual content, updates, downloadable content, and related materials (collectively, the "Game").

This Agreement supplements the Steam Subscriber Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the Steam Subscriber Agreement regarding your use of Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement shall prevail with respect to Steam services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

## 1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment through Steam.

The Game is licensed, not sold.

## 2. Ownership

The Game, including but not limited to its software, source code, audiovisual works, graphics, characters, music, text, trademarks, logos, and all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by **Yasin Demir** and/or the Developer's licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

## 3. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or this Agreement, you may not:

* Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, lease, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
* Sell or transfer access to the Game except through authorized Steam functionality;
* Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
* Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary notices;
* Use cheats, bots, automation software, exploits, hacks, trainers, or unauthorized third-party software;
* Interfere with the operation or security of the Game or any online services;
* Use any part of the Game to create a competing product or service.

## 4. User-Generated Content and Modifications

The Developer may, but is under no obligation to, permit modifications ("Mods") or other user-generated content.

Any authorized Mods remain derivative works of the Game. Ownership of the underlying Game and its intellectual property remains with **Yasin Demir**.

Unauthorized modifications, reverse engineering, or alterations are prohibited and may result in termination of this license.

The Developer is not responsible for damages or issues arising from third-party modifications.

## 5. Updates

The Developer may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, or additional content at its sole discretion.

Some updates may be required to continue using certain features of the Game.

## 6. Online Services

If the Game includes online functionality, the Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features at any time without prior notice.

Availability of online services is not guaranteed.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.

NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

## 9. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

The Developer may terminate or suspend this license immediately if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination:

* You must cease all use of the Game.
* You must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and any provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

## 10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Türkiye**, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

## 11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

## 12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any applicable Steam policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game.
