PREP THE INGREDIENTS, THEN PUT ON A SHOW

Order your ingredients before the next customer walks up. Cook street food through a string of over-the-top mini-games: crush ice with a rock, fry an egg with a splash of soda, or slice zucchini with a knife that's seen better days. Finish every dish with a round of spicy add-ons that change the flavor right before it hits the counter.

Customers line up one at a time, so there's plenty of room to focus and get theatrical with the knife. Nail the dramatic flourish or just get the order out – either way, nobody's timing you!
