About This Game

The world is going dark, one light at a time.

There were twelve lights in the world. One day, the first went out. You are the master of a small guild with a crooked sign and an empty request board. Gather the ones who are left, write their names in the ledger, and walk into the dark with them.

Guild's Requiem is a dark fantasy party deckbuilder: tactical card battles, a branching expedition map, and a story told one companion at a time.

Ten companions. Ten decks. One hand.

• A shared hand — Each turn, every companion draws 2 cards from their own deck into one hand. 3 party energy, every turn.
  
• Chain combos — Many cards gain an extra effect when played right after a specific companion's card. Order your turn so your allies set each other up.
  
• Break their guard — Enemies carry shields. Hit their weaknesses to crack them: a broken enemy loses the action it was preparing and takes 1.5x damage.
  
• Focus and finishers — Cards, combos and breaks build shared Focus. Spend it on devastating finishers.
  
• Master commands — You never step onto the battlefield. You give orders instead: cooldown-based command skills, with new ones to choose as your master grows.

• 19 regions on the expedition map, opened one by one as the story moves forward — plus side explorations around the regions you have cleared.
  
• Branching dungeons — battles, elites, events, rest sites and shops. Upper roads are dangerous but rewarding; lower roads offer more rest.
  
• Local requests — help the people of each region along the way.
  
• Build your deck on the road — every expedition starts from a 5-card deck per companion. Card rewards, upgrades and removals shape it as you go.

Every name goes in the ledger.

• A story told like a novel — the guild's tale unfolds quest by quest, toward a single ending.
  
• Bonds — companions who travel together grow closer, share bond conversations, and in time fight as one with joint skills.
  
• No permadeath — a companion who falls is out of that fight, not out of the story. Lose a quest and you return to the guild hall to try again, keeping your levels, relics and command skills.
  
• Grow the guild — spend gold in dungeon shops and soul residue on the Training Ground, Blacksmith and Infirmary.

Visual assets — including card illustrations, character portraits, backgrounds, enemy artwork, and UI icons — were produced with AI image tools (Midjourney, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion, and DALL·E) and then reviewed, edited, and curated by the developer. Music and some sound effects were generated with AI audio tools (Udio and ElevenLabs).
