About This Game

Snot Pop!

Save the Princess. Splat the Mould.

A single-screen, bubble-trapping arcade platformer in the spirit of Bubble Bobble and Snow Bros: descend into the slime-choked sewers beneath the goblin castle in Snot Pop!, a gloriously modern throwback to early ’90s arcade pixel platformers.

Descend into the slime-choked sewers beneath the goblin castle of Snotland in Snot Pop! — a glorious throwback to early ’90s arcade vertical pixel platformers.

The Goblin Princess has been snatched! The culprits? The Mouldlings: purple, sentient clumps of mould sporting legs, teeth, and absolutely dreadful manners. Step into the bare feet of an unassuming but utterly devoted goblin, armed with nothing but a loincloth, as you plunge into the subterranean labyrinth to rescue the goblin of your dreams.

Trap. Pop. Splat. Survive!

The basics are simple to pick up, but devilishly difficult to master. Blow snot bubbles to trap your foes, pop them to send the Mouldlings splatting against the dungeon walls. Hoard coins and gems, clear the level, and venture deeper into the muck.

Across fifty levels (and endless if you unlock freeplay), your greatest challenge is keeping pace. You will need to outmanoeuvre enemies, chain your bubble-pops for combos, and shave precious seconds off your runs to beat the clock and smash that high score.

Key Features:

  • Classic Arcade Action: Single-screen vertical platforming built for quick, dangerously moreish sessions.

  • Compete with the World: Steam Leaderboards for all-time scores, fastest victories and every level's time trial, on Easy, Normal and Hard modes, plus weekly boards and a new Level of the Week to master.

  • Gross-Out Charm: A wonderfully vulgar pixel-art rescue mission with a silly story that never takes itself seriously.

  • Endless Replayability: Procedurally generated platforms on a hand-tuned difficulty curve, with scripted enemy waves that test you fairly, then unlock Free Play for endless levels.

  • Play Anywhere: Full gamepad support, Steam Cloud saves that follow you between Windows, Mac and Steam Deck, and a game fully playable in English or Japanese.

Delving Deeper into the Sewers

  • 50 levels of procedurally generated platforms, then Free Play for as long as you last

  • Five enemy types: Mouldlings, Mushrooms, Bog Belchers, Glumbats, and the mighty Brute

  • Blow snot bubbles to trap Mouldlings, then pop them into oblivion and chain the pops for combos

  • Collect coins, gems and S.N.O.T. combos, and raid bonus rooms full of gems

  • Carved goblin idols and special coins grant temporary powers

  • Beat the clock: every level is a time trial, with your best times saved and ranked on Steam

  • 39 achievements covering bubbles, coins, score, clears, completion and speed

  • Optional story cutscenes following the Goblin Princess and the Mouldling invasion

  • Optional CRT mode for that extra retro feeling

  • Choose your screen frame from a selection of arcade cabinets

Built for quick runs, messy wins, and arcade-style play.

Snot Pop! is made for short sessions that turn into longer ones. Clear a few levels, chase a better time, unlock another achievement, and try again because you know you can do it faster, cleaner, and with a higher score.

The princess is still out there. The sewers are full of Mouldlings.
