Raise a swarm of adorable dots in a cozy storybook colony. Breed workers, pushers, and nurses, build your nest room by room, then send the swarm to splat against a giant rolling log and shove it toward the rival colony. Bigger swarm, bigger shove.

About This Game

Grow a swarm of adorable dots in a soft, pastel storybook colony. Your queen lays deggs (that's dot eggs), your nurses fuss over the little ones, and your nest grows room by room: food storage, a hatchery, a nursery, barracks, and new burrows that open up as the colony gets bigger.

The Wall, a great rolling log, is creeping toward your nest. Send your pushers down the trail to splat against it and shove it back toward the rival red colony. Every dot who splats proudly becomes a splot, and the bigger your swarm, the harder the heave.

Drag the breeding dial to decide what your queen lays: workers, pushers, or nurses. Then tune how your colony behaves, from nesting to foraging to splatting. Spend food in the Dot R&D Lab to invent new rooms and abilities, and peek at the Colony Ledger to see exactly how your dots are doing.

Spend your splots in the Hall of Dots on permanent upgrades. Earn acorns from quests and trade them for cozy boosts in the Dot Den. Then follow the Dot Trail from Sunny Meadow to Dusty Dunes, Frosty Tundra, and beyond.

Yes, there's a rival colony, and yes, things get pushy. But there's no gore. Every clash ends in a cheerful splat of paint.

  • A cozy cross-section nest you build room by room
  • A breeding dial to balance workers, pushers, and nurses
  • A tug-of-war with a giant log and a rival colony on the far side
  • A research tree of new rooms and abilities in the Dot R&D Lab
  • Permanent upgrades in the Hall of Dots and the Dot Den
  • The Dot Trail, a campaign across new biomes

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Dot Colony's art (backgrounds, the log, splats, icons and interface art) and its audio (sound effects and music) were made with the help of generative AI tools during development, then curated, edited and composited by the team. The dots themselves are drawn in code. The same applies to the store page and marketing materials. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
