Why Early Access?

“We prefer early access because we are still developing our game, such as optimizing it, adding new maps, and adding more details to our existing maps. We are working to correct the core functions, like mesh placements and landscape details. We want enough time to get feedback from the community to see what they are asking for in our newer maps, or if they want additional features or mechanics.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate our development to go for 12 to 24 months. Since we already have most base functions working, we only have to keep adding newer maps and details to our maps. Of course, this can change due to the speed of our development and the way the development is going to be.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to have a polished game with the least bugs possible, better optimized, and with a good enough catalogue of maps in the game. We also plan to add new features according to the community feedback on our upcoming maps. Since the base mechanics and even the object meshes are in the game, we will mostly focus on fixing bugs and adding bigger maps with more details.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access is having almost all the core mechanics of this stage implemented, but corrections are left to be made and more mechanics to be implemented and polished. Features present now are: Menu System, Camping Tent placement, Campfire placement, Swimming, Daytime and Weather Menu. We also have a few different types of open world maps. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price once we finish adding all the maps on our roadmap and finish recording, editing, and adding our real-recorded nature sounds. Since most of the game is fully functional and we already offer a variety of maps, we are confident our players are getting good value in Early Access by gaining access to a working game. By the time we reach our 1.0 release, we will have a substantial portfolio of maps and many new mechanics.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to actively engage with our player base using the Steam Community forums, our official Discord channel, our YouTube channel, and also our new website. We want to take suggestions for our new maps and planned game mechanics thus,we will encourage our players to share their feedback on our plans and updates. It is important for us to ensure we are moving the game in the right direction.”
