Nations will remember their history with you and others, respond dynamically, and constantly change their structure as the world around them also changes.

Each nation, at its base level, is a tower built on unstable foundations, forced to constantly change shape while always being at risk of collapsing due to forces both external and internal. The people of a nation may grow angry and rise up against their king! Agents of an enemy nation may implant revolutionary ideas within the people.
