Realm Tycoons is a turn-based fantasy strategy board game combining board-game movement, realm building, army management, hero progression, and tactical battles.

Choose from six distinct factions and compete in campaigns with two to six rulers. Roll, travel, conquer, upgrade, and defend your holdings across a dangerous fantasy realm filled with valuable properties, magical sites, unexpected events, and rival heroes.

Build your kingdom and fight until only one ruler remains.

BUILD YOUR REALM

Claim cities, mines, Capitals, and Strongholds. Each property offers different strategic benefits, defensive opportunities, and ways to strengthen your position.

Earn weekly income, collect tolls from visiting rivals, develop your holdings, and reinforce their garrisons. Captured properties can become valuable sources of gold and defending troops - but every investment gives your enemies another prize to pursue.

Take a Stronghold and send hunting parties against rival heroes. Decide when to expand, when to fortify, and when to save your gold for the next unexpected challenge.

COMMAND A FANTASY ARMY

Recruit faction-themed units with distinct battlefield roles and strengths. Build your forces from Fighters, Shields, Polearms, Marksmen, Skirmishers, Shock troops, and Battlemages.

Choose your strategy before combat, then watch your forces clash as battles resolve automatically - or resolve the battle instantly using the same combat rules.

Army composition, hero attributes, spells, faction bonuses, and strategy matchups all influence the outcome. Victories can earn territory, experience, artifacts, and other rewards. Defeats may cost valuable troops, force your ruler to regroup, or leave an important property exposed.

Review the battle report to see casualties, survivors, and how your units performed.

CHOOSE YOUR FACTION

Six playable factions offer different armies, heroes, spells, and strategic advantages:

Highcourt commands disciplined warriors whose Fighters, Shields, and Polearms gain additional Attack and Defense.

Aetherium fields arcane construct armies whose Shields and Battlemages move faster and act earlier.

Wildbloom brings swift woodland forces with faster Skirmishers, Marksmen, and Polearms.

Ashen Host leads ferocious warbands whose heroes gain experience faster.

Gravewake commands enduring undead armies with increased health.

Underdeep strikes with subterranean ambushers, swift Skirmishers, and aggressive Shock troops.

Try different factions, develop different armies, and discover the playstyle that suits you.

GROW YOUR HERO

Earn experience, improve your hero’s attributes, discover spells, collect artifacts, and gain Prestige throughout the campaign.

Strengthen the armies your hero commands and unlock lasting advantages through your journeys around the board. Passing Dawn Gate offers opportunities to develop your ruler and shape your faction’s future.

Visit merchants, seek magical knowledge, fight for Arena rewards, wager on a match, uncover treasure, or challenge rival heroes and heavily defended properties.

Spells, artifacts, and random events can create new opportunities - or force you to rethink your plans.

LAST REALM STANDING

The full game features an unrestricted Last Realm Standing campaign. Build your kingdom and continue the struggle until every rival ruler has been eliminated.

A powerful economy, developed properties, and a high score can strengthen your position, but victory belongs to the last surviving ruler.

Protect your army, seize opportunities, and decide when to risk a decisive assault. One costly defeat can change the balance of the entire campaign.

PLAY SOLO OR LOCAL HOT-SEAT

Configure a campaign with two to six active rulers. Play solo against AI opponents on Easy, Normal, or Hard difficulty, or assign multiple rulers to human players for local hot-seat play on the same computer.

Mix human and AI rulers to create anything from a head-to-head contest to a crowded six-ruler struggle for the realm.

Save and load your campaign to continue longer matches across multiple sessions.
