CardTavern is a tavern management simulator built around card stacking.

Here, ingredients, dishes, customers, coins, tools, even entire areas... everything is a card.

Forget clicking through menus. Instead, drag cards across the table to stack, combine, trade, serve, dismiss, and upgrade them. On an ever-expanding tabletop of cards, you'll gradually transform a humble tavern into a lively gathering place.

During the day, customers line up at your door. Some know exactly what they want, while others have hidden taste preferences waiting to be discovered. Build efficient production chains, serve the right dishes to the right guests, and earn gold and reputation. Special order customers will also arrive with timed commissions. Complete them before the deadline to claim generous rewards, or pay the price for being late.

When night falls, rent is due and the day's earnings are settled. Unexpected encounters and events may quietly unfold. Spend your gold and reputation to upgrade your tavern, unlock new recipes, expand your capacity, and attract more customers. Or assemble an adventuring party, descend deeper into dangerous dungeons, overcome debilitating status effects, and bring valuable loot back to your tavern.

Of course... not everything always goes according to plan.

The quest system gradually unlocks new areas, including the Barter Zone, Guest Exit, Rent Office, and Dungeon Entrance. Every new system introduces fresh mechanics and new strategic possibilities. Discover and purchase recipes, remember each customer's favorite meals, and prepare special dishes to cure the strange afflictions found deep within the dungeon.

Manage your tavern by day. Settle your business by night. Two intertwined gameplay loops, one unforgettable tavern adventure.
