About This Game

MOR is a Multiplayer Indie Slasher, set after-hours inside a retro, early 2000s Superstore, where players must employ strategy, speed, and teamwork to gather lists of items throughout the store, and complete shipping orders while evading an intelligent supernatural entity with an aggressive and predatory nature. MOR combines the rush and intensity of your traditional slashers and thrillers as well as the cooperation, communication, and time/money management of your favorite party games. MOR features private and public lobby options, proximity chat, and supports up to 4 players per session, but can also be played single player, however it is designed and recommended to be played with at least 2. Themes of MOR explore a satirical but accurate depiction of corporate greed in a terrifying and absurd manner, providing players with an unforgettable experience, alongside the chaotic group gameplay.

Limited use of AI ONLY for the generation of the hundreds of merchandise label textures for the items sold in the MOR MART store scene, as this tedious task, as a single-developer would have taken me dozens of hours. Additionally, seeing as I am a broke college student, I cannot afford to pay an art team. Instead that time was put towards the more artistically valuable parts of the game. All other art, naming, texturing modeling, sound design in the game was handmade by me, with the exception of a few sounds sourced from royalty free websites under royalty free commercial licensing, but then further edited by myself.
