About This Game

A cozy and gentle Reversi game with Japanese-style characters.

Set deep in rural Japan, Reversi in the Countryside is a board game where you can enjoy Reversi matches and conversations with characters in a Japanese-style countryside mansion.

In Free Match, you can casually play against CPUs of various strength levels. Since each match is easy to finish in a short amount of time, it is suitable both for quick play sessions and for times when you want to think carefully.

In Story Mode, you visit a countryside mansion where your relatives live, and the story progresses through conversations and Reversi matches with the characters.

In Tutorial Mode, you can gradually learn the basic rules of Reversi, as well as concepts such as corners, edges, inside moves, and endgame thinking while looking at the board. The lessons are explained in a conversation format so that beginners can follow along easily.

In Puzzle Mode, you search for a good move from a given position.

In Endgame Puzzle Mode, you can try problems where you think about which move to choose in the endgame.
