THROB is a first-person psychological horror platformer. Step into the nightmare of a young woman trapped inside a brutalist structure born from her fear of blood.

A world drained of color. Endless concrete. And beneath her feet, the only color she fears.

Help her face her fears. Find a way out. And uncover why she's here.

A tide of blood rises through the structure, swallowing everything in its path.

Guide her higher through each room before it too is submerged.

Her heart rate directly affects the world.

As her BPM rises, the blood climbs faster, while platforms and traps accelerate with it.

Somewhere inside the structure, a room offers a chance to turn things around.

Collect Blood Bulbs and decide how to use them. Crush them in a grinder to slow her heart, or take a gamble with the Vital Regulator to lower her BPM or push back the rising blood.
