THROB is a first-person psychological horror platformer set inside a colossal brutalist structure pulsing like a living heart.

Trapped within a nightmare shaped by her own hemophobia, a young woman must climb toward an unknown exit to escape it.

Beneath her, a tide of blood rises through the structure, swallowing everything in its path.

Keep climbing. Don’t look down. Don’t let the blood reach you.

Every room is a race upward. Observe your surroundings, overcome the structure’s traps, and continue your ascent without ever letting the blood catch up with you.

There is nowhere to hide and no time to remain still. Every second brings it closer.

As panic takes hold, her heartbeat accelerates. The faster her heart beats, the faster the blood rises—and the more violently the structure reacts.

Platforms shift, hazards awaken, and the architecture becomes increasingly unstable.

The environment moves to the beat of your heart as it races faster and faster. Survival depends on reading patterns, timing your movements, and adapting as the tempo intensifies.

One mistimed jump can send you falling back toward the blood below—exactly where you don’t want to be.
