THROB is a first-person psychological horror platformer. You play as a young woman trapped inside a brutalist structure born from her fear of blood.

A world drained of color. Endless concrete. And beneath your feet, the only color you fear.

A tide of blood rises through the structure, swallowing everything in its path. Each room drives you higher before it too is submerged.

Your heart rate directly affects the world.

As it rises, the blood climbs faster, while platforms and traps accelerate with it.
