Every enemy you defeat permanently increases your maximum health.

A Passion Project

Last Departure has been developed entirely by me. Every line of code, every animation, every piece of music, every pixel-art asset, and every gameplay mechanic was created over several years with the goal of building a world that blends melancholy, hope, and despair.

Selected cinematic artworks were created using AI based on my own concept sketches to faithfully convey the atmosphere and artistic vision of the story.
