About This Game

You've been sentenced to life. What you do with it is up to you.

Prison Legacy is a social MMORPG that drops you inside a maximum-security prison, running around the clock, and never lets you forget you're not alone.

Hundreds of inmates, real players and server-driven characters alike, scheme, trade, brawl, and claw for status across cell blocks, kitchens, yards, and infirmaries.

Nobody hands you quests on a silver platter, but you'll find them. There's just the penitentiary, the people in it, and one question that decides everything: what are you in for?

Choose your crime. Become it

First, make the convict yours: set your sex and your look, then pick the crime that landed you inside. Your character starts with one of 12 criminal pasts, and that single choice is your class, your reputation, and your playstyle all at once.

Every crime has its own special abilities, favored weapons, crafting know-how, and rivalries, and each one earns bonus (or penalty) experience for exactly who it takes down.

Stalk the blocks as a blade-loving Serial Killer or a flesh-hungry Cannibal. Heal and manipulate as a silver-tongued Corrupt Politician. Brawl as a Mercenary, pick pockets and locks as a Thief, throw bombs as a Mobster, poison your foes as a Narco, or punch through anyone as a Hacker.

Everyone starts at the bottom

On day one you're fresh meat with empty pockets and barely a skill to your name, and that's the point. Survival here isn't about twitch reflexes; it's about who you know and how you improve your character.

Find your footing, find your people, and the prison opens up to you: deeper zones, tougher enemies, real influence, and a sprawling skill tree to grow into.

No two convicts walk the same path, and every alliance, grudge, and double-cross is a story you wrote yourself, all of it driving toward one goal: becoming the most feared and respected inmate in the prison.

Fight like it matters

Combat is turn-based and tactical. Spend your action points wisely, then disarm, backstab, stun, provoke, or flee like a chicken. Always size up an enemy before you swing.

Win, and you can search the body for the weapons, medicine, and contraband worth killing for, and claim the loser's dog tags, a trophy of the beating you can collect and show off.

Pick a fight too far above your level and you'll wake up back in your cell.

Do your time your way

This is a prison economy, and survival is a craft. Cook in the kitchen, brew chemistry, sew protective clothing, work mechanics and jewelry to improve stuff, and turn scavenged junk into gear and goods.

Hundreds of items move through the blocks: food, medicine, all kinds of merchandise, armor for every part of your body, and, of course, weapons.

Trade with other inmates, stash your valuables in your cell locker, talk NPCs into favors and experience, and steal everything that isn't bolted down.

You can't survive alone

Talk, ally, betray, and live by the golden rule: avoid your enemies and surround yourself with friends. Form clans, wear a shared uniform, forge alliances, and group up for fights no lone convict could survive.

Because something is stirring in the dark, and it is exactly as ridiculous as it is dangerous: the prisoner Carlito Brygante has made a literal pact with the Devil, and his rotting zombie horde swells with every inmate and guard he corrupts.

The High Priest's Army of Light, the bloodthirsty Warden, and an old Mafia patriarch all have their own designs. Standing against any of them takes a clan strong enough, and loyal enough, to last.

A legend, rebuilt.

Prison Legacy is the reborn "La Prisión", Spain's first MMORPG, created by Dinamic Multimedia and launched back in 2000 for Spanish people, remembered for a community so tight that its friendships outlived the servers themselves.

Now its original creators have rebuilt it from the ground up for a new generation: the same merciless prison, the same social spark, a modern engine, and, for the first time, open to the world in English.

The prison bars are open. What are you in for? This has the makings of an absolute riot.
