Coming Soon To Early Access

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Pidgeon Pocket has a solid, playable core, but it is not a finished game yet.
Right now it ships with one city map and one difficulty curve. We want to build
the rest with players in the room: extra difficulty tiers and a proper hard mode,
new characters to lift valuables from, and a second map. Those are exactly the
decisions we do not want to make alone, how punishing the harder modes should
feel, which marks are worth chasing, and what a second location should be. Early
Access lets the people who actually play the loop every day steer where it grows.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to spend roughly 6 to 12 months in Early Access. The exact length depends
on how much the community asks for and how far the new content grows, so we would
rather leave Early Access when the added maps, characters and difficulty modes
feel finished than on a fixed date.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to grow the game well beyond what is playable today:

- Additional difficulty modes, including a hard mode that changes how the park
reacts to you, not just bigger numbers.
- More characters in the park, with their own behaviour, routines and loot, so
each round reads differently.
- At least one new map beyond the current city park, with its own look, hazards
and rhythm.
- More progression content built on top of the existing skill tree, plus new
achievements and events tied to the new maps and difficulties.
- Balancing, quality-of-life and polish driven by what players report.

These are our intentions rather than promises; the shape of each one will depend
on community feedback during Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

The Early Access build is complete and playable from start to finish. It includes
everything listed in the "About This Game" section above, and specifically:

- The full core loop: send pigeons into the city park, lift valuables from
park-goers, bring the loot back to the rooftop and spend it.
- A progression system of 88 upgrade nodes and flock milestones that carry you
from a single pigeon to a full flock.
- 10 selectable scenarios, each with its own crowd, events and pacing.
- An in-game tutorial that guides the first real round.
- Steam achievements, Steam Cloud saves and full controller/Steam Deck play.
- Full localisation into more than 31 languages.

What is NOT in yet: the additional difficulty modes and hard mode, the extra
characters, and the second map described above. Those are what Early Access is
for.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not currently plan to change the price when leaving Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will collect feedback through the Steam Community, Steam Discussions, and our Discord server, focusing on bugs, balance, compatibility, and quality-of-life improvements.”

About This Game

It's a sunny afternoon in the park. The benches are full, the picnics are unguarded, and your pigeons are absolute professionals.

Pidgeon Pocket is a kawaii, chill heist incremental. Aim your flock at the crowd, snatch a pocketful of coins, and fly back. Spend the loot on a tree of upgrades, breed a better flock, and go again. Steal, upgrade, repeat.

Aim and let fly

Point your pigeons at the crowd, release, and watch the coins drop. Chain your steals together for bigger and bigger hauls.

Upgrade your flock

Pour your loot into a branching upgrade tree, and pick talents that change how your pigeons steal.

Breed better pigeons

Climb through pigeon tiers, from a scruffy Street Pigeon to a glorious Imperial one. Every tier raises the whole flock for good.

Dodge the law

The more you steal, the more the park notices. Grab what you can, slip away, and keep your flock out of the net.

Mouse only. 30 in-game languages.
