To escape, you must hurt someone.

Kaede Kujo wakes up in an unfamiliar concrete room. Beside him is Yuki Narumi, another young man held captive. An unseen captor gives them a condition for escape: hurt the person in front of you.

Will they comply, refuse, or find another way? Joined by Gakuto Kurogane and Akira Natsume, four young men search for a way out, supporting one another while struggling with doubt.

KIZUTSUKE is a choice-driven psychological suspense visual novel about their conversations and relationships under extreme pressure. The story unfolds through still illustrations that combine realistic backgrounds with 2D character artwork.
