“We plan to make GenderShift fully usable from inside VR:
-Full VR controller support
-A SteamVR overlay to switch voices and change settings in-headset, no desktop needed
-An optional in-VR status indicator”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Fully usable and early. You set a push-to-talk key, hold it, speak, and hear your voice transformed and routed into anything that uses a mic, like Discord or VRChat. You can pick a direction and audition curated voices. Setup lives on desktop for now, VR controls are limited, and expect some rough edges as we iterate.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to provide a link to discord, accessible from the software as a button, and our website. The discord will include bots for fielding questions as well as helping us understand how to improve the product, as well as use the existing steam discussion boards. For the Japanese community, we will leverage X.com”
