Coming Soon To Early Access

The developers of this game intend to release as a work in progress, developing with the feedback of players.

Note: Games in Early Access are not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development. Learn more

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Multiscope ATC is built by a two-person team, and we're honest with ourselves about what that means: we don't have the resources of a professional studio, which is exactly why Early Access matters to us. Rather than spending months building features in isolation and guessing what matters, we want real feedback from ATC enthusiasts and flight sim players to guide where we focus our time. Multiscope ATC is built around procedures that are actually used in real aviation, and we want to sharpen that accuracy together with the community before we consider the game finished. Early Access lets us improve the learning curve and balance, and build out while players can already play the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Multiscope ATC to stay in Early Access for around 12 months. This could be shorter or longer depending on the feedback we receive and the time needed to work out the remaining features to the level of procedural accuracy we hold ourselves to.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will primarily be a more stable and polished version of what's already here. Our focus during Early Access is on fixing bugs, refining the AI traffic behavior, and smoothing out the voice recognition and procedures based on player feedback, rather than fundamentally changing what the game is. Alongside that, we do plan to add some further features or airports. The core promise of the full release is a more reliable, better-tuned version of the simulation you can already play today.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is, in essence, the full game already. It includes both Amsterdam Schiphol (EHAM) and Rotterdam The Hague (EHRD), with realistic arrival and departure procedures, local traffic flying between the two airports, voice-based control that recognizes real controller phraseology, an AI controller that can take over an approach sector, 102 pilot voices across 23 accent groups, and a phraseology trainer to practice correct terminology. What's still ahead is less about missing content and more about polish: as a two-person team, we expect there to be bugs and rough edges we haven't caught yet, and Early Access is where we work through those with the community's help before calling it finished.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to increase the price when leaving Early Access, but we reserve the right to adjust the price gradually as we add more content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We're active on Reddit and run our own Discord server, where we share development updates, gather feedback, and let players test early builds. Inside the game itself, players can also submit bug reports and suggestions directly, which we use to help prioritize upcoming updates.”

About This Game

MultiScope Air Traffic Control puts you in the controller's seat at one of Europe's busiest airports.

You are the approach controller for Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (EHAM). Arrivals pour down the STARs; departures climb out beneath them. Your job is simple to say and hard to master: turn, climb, descend and slow every aircraft into a clean, safe stream onto the ILS, without ever losing separation.

Talk To Your Aircraft

MultiScope Air Traffic Control features real push-to-talk voice control using authentic ATC phraseology. Key the mic and say "KLM four five six, descend flight level five zero, turn left heading two seven zero, reduce speed two two zero knots." The aircraft reads back in a pilot's voice over simulated VHF radio, squelch clicks, AM band-limiting, background hiss and all. Voice recognition is available on Windows. Prefer to click? Every single command is also available through the on-screen command panel.

A Real Radar ScopeA sweeping radar updates your traffic picture in real time, with data tags, history trails, and FMS-style descent-path prediction so you can plan your sequence miles ahead. Holding patterns, direct-to clearances, STAR/SID route following, and ILS localizer + glideslope capture are all faithfully modeled.

Weather That Matters

Live QNH, wind, and ATIS shape every shift. Set the correct altimeter, manage the active runway, and read the conditions just like a real controller. The weather isn't just set dressing, it changes how you work.

No Two Sessions Alike

One airport, never the same shift twice. Traffic is generated fresh every session, and you control the pressure. Dial the density from a quiet afternoon to a relentless rush-hour peak. Pick from a range of scenarios and runway/weather presets, then find out how cleanly you handle it: your performance is rated on the separation and sequencing you deliver. Chase the perfect, conflict-free flow.

Play Your Way

Realistic mode enforces proper procedures and handoffs for a true-to-life challenge. Arcade mode smooths the rough edges so newcomers can learn the ropes at their own pace.

Features at a glance

  • Push-to-talk voice control with authentic ATC phraseology (Windows) — plus full click-command support on every platform

  • Live radar scope with data tags, history trails and FMS descent-path prediction

  • Full procedure set — ILS localizer + glideslope, holding patterns, STAR/SID routing, direct-to clearances

  • Dynamic weather — QNH, wind, ATIS and active-runway management

  • Endless replayability — randomized traffic, adjustable density, multiple scenarios, performance scoring

  • Two ways to play — Realistic for the full challenge, Arcade to learn

Whether you're an aviation enthusiast, a flight-sim pilot who's always wondered what the voice on the other end is doing, or just someone who likes the satisfying click of a perfect sequence — the scope is yours.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

MultiScope Air Traffic Control uses a local neural text-to-speech model (Piper) to generate the pilot voice read-backs in real time on your own machine. It runs entirely offline, no voice input or player data is sent anywhere or used to train any AI model. Your spoken commands are recognized locally by your operating system, not by generative AI.
