About This Game

The company is on the verge of collapse. You must play both CEO and HR.

Restore stalled departments, build an automated production chain, and lead your company to greater heights.

Start by producing your first “Source File” by hand.

Earn funds, purchase equipment, and gradually automate production. Invest wisely to keep the entire production chain running.

In stalled departments, reconnect the workstations to build a functional workflow.

Files enter through the input, pass through different stations, and finally reach the output.

As HR, assign employees with different traits to suitable roles, then continually adjust the layout as the positions affect one another.

Allocate your limited workforce wisely, meet your KPIs, and bring stalled departments back online.

Each playthrough generates a brand-new business map.

Develop industries, integrate resources, and connect with other companies. Cooperate or compete as you seek opportunities to expand your business empire.

Every HR optimization affects operating efficiency in CEO mode.

Every expansion in CEO mode creates new challenges for HR.

Switch between the two roles to build a business machine that can run itself.
