About This Game

You're the CEO of Santa's Workshop, the North Pole tracks the toy making season as 24 days. Your job is simple: assign elves to toy production lines, manage your Christmas Spirit, and deliver enough toys to make Christmas happen. But "simple" is a lie. Every day brings surprises. Santa takes extra long "Cookie Breaks". Elves get tired. Rudolph show up and blinds everyone. The daily production quota ramps up. And somehow, it all has to work out by Christmas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assign Elves - You have 24 elves across three production tables. Decide which toys they'll make and try to keep them happy. Overwork them and morale drops. Pamper them and your production suffers.

  • Manage Production - Choose between an array of different presents, toy soldiers, teddy bears, dolls, and rocking horses. Each has different production times and values. Produce what gets you closest to your delivery quota.

  • Track Christmas Spirit - Earn Christmas Spirit from completed orders, and get a bit from Santa Ho-Ho-Ho's. Spend it on materials, decor, and improving your elves.

  • Navigate Random Events - About 20 different events can trigger each day. Tied Elves. Weather problems. Reindeer-related chaos. You don't control them, but you decide how to respond.

  • Make Quick Decisions - When something goes wrong, you decide your next move. It's not a deep moral choice—it's practical. Do you pay extra to fix the equipment or work around it? Your budget and schedule adjust accordingly.

WHY PLAY?

This is management stripped to its essentials: assign workers, track resources, hit deadlines, deal with unexpected problems. It's relaxing in its simplicity but challenging in its execution. Push for meeting your daily toy production quota to earn reward for the next year's work.
