About This Game

A forgotten district of a crumbling surveillance regime has just become yours. The badge on your desk is still warm from the inspector who held it before you — the one who asked too many questions. From this cycle on, every sealed case file is yours to sign, and every signature feeds one meter while it starves another.

Sector 7 is a dystopian narrative roguelike in the lineage of Reigns, Papers, Please and Suzerain — built on a single promise: your choices decide what happens next.

Every decision reshapes the deck

This is not a fixed story you click through. Spare a citizen and the system remembers. Take the bribe and it comes back for you. The next case that lands on your desk is a consequence of the last — drawn live from your resources, your alliances and your reputation. No two cycles play the same, and no situation ever repeats in a single run.

Four meters. One wrong move from collapse.

Balance Harmony, Authority, Rations and Security. Let any one hit zero and the regime falls — the people rise, the Council retires you, the storehouses run dry, or the guard turns its guns inward.

Rule by mercy, force, guile — or justice

Every choice leans an ideology, and your ideology decides how your story ends. 20 distinct endings wait at the bottom of the deck: iron tyranny, the open archive, a quiet exile, a tunnel full of rebels, a sector that simply forgets your name.

A cast that remembers you

Eleven recurring figures — the cold Council Speaker, the corrupt patrol officer, the doctor with a secret, the masked courier in the tunnels — each one tracking how you have treated them through respect, fear and love. Demir, the cracked-glasses face of the people, returns again and again. What you did to him will be waiting in his eyes.

The world pushes back

Govern with an iron fist and the streets erupt. Hand the army too much and the garrison plots a coup. Let the treasury rot and winter brings famine. And when the grind turns bleakest, an absurd, blackly funny crisis cuts through the dark to remind you this is still a place where people live.
