About This Game

The Convergence is a dark fantasy squad auto-battler where heroes from different eras are pulled into the same Arena as time begins to collapse.

Recruit units from across the timeline, build a five-unit squad, and equip chips that shape how your team targets, moves, survives, and fights. Between enemy waves, adapt your strategy by recruiting new units, upgrading your build, and preparing for the next threat. In battle, your decisions play out in real time as enemy factions from different ages and worlds test your squad in different ways.

Play through two modes:

Campaign Mode
Fight through four distinct era-chapters and a final Convergence chapter as the Arena shifts from one world to another. Each chapter introduces its own enemies, battlefield identity, and boss encounter, building toward a final clash where every era collides at once.

Infinite Run Mode
Push your squad as far as it can go in an infinite run built around escalating waves, unlocks, and long-term progression. Experiment with new team combinations, survive deeper into the run, and strengthen future attempts through an expanding talent system.

Whether you are pushing through the campaign or chasing your best endless run, success depends on building the right squad, adapting between waves, and preparing for whatever history throws at you next.

Due to budget restrictions as a solo developer, I have used AI in order to generate some in-game artwork, for example portraits of the various units. This is limited to individual static images (that are not relevant to gameplay) and not in-game sprites or environments, which are still output of human artists.
