Why Early Access?

“ASCENDANT VEIL is actively being developed and will continue to expand and improve throughout Early Access. We want to work closely with the community to balance gameplay systems, test new ideas, and gather valuable feedback. During development, new cards, Boosters, enemies, events, planets, and gameplay systems will be added regularly. Early Access helps us identify issues early and shape the best possible experience together with the community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect ASCENDANT VEIL to remain in Early Access for approximately 1 to 2 years. The exact duration depends on how development progresses and when we feel the overall experience has reached the level of quality we are aiming for.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include significantly more content, including new characters, cards, Boosters, enemies, bosses, events, planets, and game modes. We are also continuously working on balance improvements, performance optimizations, additional languages, better usability, visual improvements, and further gameplay systems and co-op features.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes the complete core gameplay loop featuring combat, deckbuilding, Boosters, events, planetary maps, and meta progression. However, many systems and content features will continue to be expanded and improved throughout development.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to increase the price of the game after Early Access once additional content and features have been added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want to work closely with our community and actively listen to feedback from our Discord server and other platforms. Community feedback will play an important role in balancing, new features, quality-of-life improvements, and future content. We will also monitor gameplay data and player feedback to continuously improve ASCENDANT VEIL.”

Equip powerful Exosuit upgrades, uncover forbidden Booster technologies, and create devastating card combinations as you delve deeper into the mystery of the Veil. Embark on a journey through the Veil alone or together with your friends.

Build your deck from scratch during every run and create powerful synergies between cards, Boosters, status effects, and planetary modifiers. Use aggressive attacks, defensive strategies, or experimental Exosuit technologies to survive against deadly alien creatures, ancient machines, and cosmic anomalies.
