What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Promo Wrestling World is launching in Early Access so players can help shape the balance, pacing, and depth of the wrestling promotion simulation. The core booking, roster, event, and progression systems are playable now, and Early Access feedback will help us improve usability, tune the simulation, and prioritize future features.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Promo Wrestling World to remain in Early Access for about 6 to 12 months, depending on player feedback and the scope of improvements made during development.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version to include more polish, balance improvements, expanded content, improved AI behavior, additional quality-of-life features, and broader long-term progression options. These plans may evolve based on Early Access feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the core promotion management experience, including roster management, booking shows, championships, rivalries, event progression, and simulation systems. Players should expect some rough edges, balance changes, and continued improvements during Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We may increase the price as the game grows in scope and receives major content and polish updates. We will communicate any pricing changes ahead of time when possible.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to gather feedback through Steam discussions, player reports, reviews, and community suggestions. Feedback will help guide balance changes, usability improvements, bug fixes, and feature priorities during Early Access.”

About This Game

Current Build Status:

Promo Wrestling World is launching in Early Access. The current review build is v0.9.0-beta.1, a playable Early Access beta that includes the core promotion management loop, booking, roster management, rival companies, titles, storylines, simulation systems, and long-save progression.

This is not the final 1.0 version. Expect balance changes, UI polish, bug fixes, and feature expansion during Early Access.

Promo Wrestling World is a deep wrestling management simulation about booking shows, building stars, managing money, and surviving in a living wrestling industry.

Take control of a promotion and run the business week by week. Book matches, shape storylines, manage contracts, track morale, handle injuries, build championships, and watch rival companies fight for the same audience and talent.

Key Features

• Book weekly TV, major events, matches, promos, angles, vignettes, and story beats.

• Manage a roster of wrestlers with popularity, morale, fatigue, ego, contracts, chemistry, and push status.

• Build long-running storylines with heat, momentum, rivalries, stables, betrayals, and title chases.

• Track championships with prestige, reign histories, defenses, vacancies, and title lineages.

• Run the business side: cash, wages, sponsors, TV deals, PPV strategy, venues, production costs, and market pressure.

• Compete against rival promotions that run shows, bid on talent, grow, fold, and reshape the wrestling world.

• Follow your dynasty through milestones, awards, Hall of Fame candidates, legacy score, and long-term history.

• Edit the world directly with the World Editor: promotions, workers, titles, regions, venues, teams, relationships, match    types, media formats, and more.

• Start in different eras with era-specific economics, fan expectations, media formats, and industry flavor.

• Watch new promotions emerge during long saves with founders, colors, logos, rosters, finances, ambition, and their own histories.

Early Access Focus

Promo Wrestling World is already playable as a full single-player management sandbox, but it is still growing. Early Access will focus on balance, usability, long-save stability, better onboarding, expanded world simulation, deeper booking tools, and community-requested improvements.

If you enjoy dense management games, long-term saves, wrestling booking, business pressure, and watching a fictional sports-entertainment world evolve over time, Promo Wrestling World is built for you.

Note: Optional AI Features

Promo Wrestling World includes optional AI-assisted tools powered by Google Gemini through a user-provided API key. These tools can help draft promo ideas, brainstorm storylines, provide booking advice, support wrestler conversations, and generate certain visual identity assets.

These features are optional and are off unless configured by the player. The game does not use OpenAI in the current build. Gemini API keys are entered by the player and stored locally on their machine. When AI is disabled or no key is provided, the game uses offline template-based behavior instead.
