What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The initial release of 7Komada features the first three acts back-to-back, to give us more time to refine the remaining four acts and fork in the storyline, as well as allow the community to experience and give feedback on the game. Acts 4-7 will be released episodically as free updates to anyone who has already purchased the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 1-2 years.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the finalized version of 7Komada to feature the full storyline expressed across 7 acts, as well as possible refinements or additions to existing features. Generally, we would like for 7Komada to exit early access in conjunction with the release of the 7th and final act, such that the narrative will be fully playable from start to finish.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“When the game is put up for purchase as Early Access, it will feature the first three acts, with Act 4 to hopefully come in the following months thereafter.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will gradually increase as each new act is shipped, though the acts will be free updates to players who have already purchased 7Komada.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We take feedback into active consideration, and obviously the community is free to contact us with complaints, thoughts or bug-reports. We'd prefer the feedback be directed to us via either our forum or our tumblr/twitter pages. The caveat here being that we are fairly certain of our narrative direction and are unlikely to take suggestions or advice vis-à-vis characters or the game's story.”

About This Game

In the summer of the year 197, sunlight glides over the yellow fields of the Prevalis Province,

Republic of Illyria. White, tile-roofed houses peek out from the corners of cornfields and trees

that line the side of the highway - you didn’t even know there were cicadas this close to the

coast. You lean back in your seat, eyes lazily losing themselves in the blurry motion of the

landscape moving by. For the rest of your life, this is what your memories of childhood are going

to look like. Then, you suddenly lose consciousness and wake up in a dark room.

7KOMADA is a 3D, free-roam, murder-mystery, detective, ‘talk-em-up’ VN set

in a backwater of an alternate universe Europe. You and your class’s graduation trip to Athens has

been cut short by a novel 19-man kidnapping - and as you all wake up trapped in the lobby of a

seemingly abandoned mansion, you take it upon yourself to figure out what’s going on. Explore

the halls, collect evidence, ‘pal around’ under intense mental stress, and try to feel good about

surgically extracting information from people who don’t want to give it to you. Most

importantly: keep yourself safe.

  • A 'killing game' designed on the basis of classic social deduction games like Werewolf / Mafia.

  • A living cast of 18 true-to-life embarrassing teenagers, each with their own individual webs of alliance and enmity.

  • An open-ended trial system replete with minigames.

  • Familiar people in an unfamiliar paracosm - fully developed with its own rules, history, and metaphysics over the span of several years - of which the game's setting comprises only a small and unimportant part.

  • A fully-featured mansion with its own secrets to explore and areas to uncover, some of which are completely optional.

  • Next-Gen Chūnibyō Simulation

  • A 'friendship' system which rewards interaction with the characters - and can even alter the story.

  • 7 days, 7 chapters. Upon early-access release, the first three will be playable.

  • Two endings planned.

  • Authentic slavjank by an all-Yugoslav dev team of maniacs.

  • Social commentary, or something.

  • A 3D world that looks and plays well, constructed entirely within RPGMaker MZ. No, I'm not kidding.
