“We aim to remain in Early Access for approximately one year, during which we plan to refine core features / gameplay mechanics, and address community feedback to perfect every aspect of Network Engineer.”

- Enhanced Systems: The addition of critical systems like dynamic fuel management, realistic thermodynamics, and advanced cooling.
- NPCs: Hire specialized staff, deal with security threats, and resolve sabotage events with real consequences.
- Physical Economy: Introduce manual purchasing of hardware via stores or deliveries, adding depth to resource logistics.

It is up to you to construct a digital empire from scratch. Starting off with a fledgling company offering its services for hosting on a humble farm with modest server capabilities, it will soon grow into a full-fledged operation supporting complex networks for its clients.
