ou play as a semi-failed streamer who takes “danger money” contracts from mysterious clients—haunted houses, cursed mirrors, abandoned theaters—and turns them into content.

The twist: every single “holy artifact” you carry is either a cheap knockoff or a genuine antique you can’t afford to break. Your job is to keep the ghost entertained (and the donations rolling) until the very last second, then drop the real deal and cash out. Miss the timing? You become the finale.

Science Has Left the Chat is a first-person survival horror management game where you balance two meters:

Heat (how much your audience loves you) and Loss of Control (how close you are to getting eviscerated on stream).

  • Use cheap props (plastic swords, bargain-bin talismans, screaming chickens) to enrage the ghost and spike your viewership.

  • Watch the "Loss of Control" bar climb.At 50%, the ghost starts hunting. At 90%, your screen warps, your heart rate spikes, and one wrong move means death.

  • At the brink of disaster, deploy a real, expensive artifact (heirloom coin sword, genuine Bagua mirror) to banish the entity and lock in your earnings.

  • If you cross 100% Loss of Control? You die. All earnings are lost. The chat clips it.

2. Go Live – Enter the location. Use your items to provoke the ghost, read the chat for clues, and decide when to push further or pull the plug.

3. Cash Out or Die Trying – If you survive, you keep the donations. If you die, you lose everything—including your gear. The game saves your progress, but your wallet doesn’t forgive.
