regularly replenish frontline nursing staff with crisis management capabilities.

We are now conducting an onboarding test program to screen individuals possessing

the following qualities:

• Ability to maintain rational judgment under extreme stress

• Acuity in promptly detecting patient identity anomalies

• Psychological fortitude to decisively execute safety measures

【Test Scenario】

You will enter our closed care facility, which houses seven special patients.

Among them is one doppelganger. The doppelganger is a dangerous invasive entity

with mimicry capabilities, able to perfectly replicate the appearance, memory,

and behavioral patterns of the replaced individual.

The Danger of the Doppelganger:

• The doppelganger will continuously replace real patients, causing the original

patients to disappear permanently

• If not eliminated promptly, the doppelganger will replace more patients and

eventually seize control of the entire facility

• The existence of the doppelganger poses a serious threat to all patients and

nursing staff

Your mission: Using the single issued bullet, identify the doppelganger and

eliminate them, thereby protecting the safety of the remaining patients.

【Test Procedure】

Phase 1: Information Gathering

Enter each care room, converse with patients, investigate room items, and collect

clues regarding the doppelganger's identity. Note: Some care rooms have special

entry conditions requiring specific items to be obtained first.

Phase 2: Deductive Analysis

Compare patient testimonies, observe environmental change signs, and verify

item reactions. Consolidate all information to identify the room where the

doppelganger is hiding.

Phase 3: Elimination Execution

Proceed to Care Room 2 to retrieve your issued weapon. After loading the bullet,

enter the room you have identified and execute elimination on the target.

【Test Rules】

• You are issued only one bullet. Accidental termination of a real patient

constitutes test failure.

• Failure to complete elimination within the designated time constitutes test

abandonment.

• The doppelganger may mimic any patient, or even room items themselves.

• Some care rooms have special rules; violations will result in immediate test

termination.

【Test Description】

• This test involves special medical cases and high-stress simulations

• Environmental changes may occur during testing: lighting abnormalities,

whispering sounds, temperature fluctuations

• Some patients possess special properties; please maintain rationality

• If you experience severe psychological discomfort, you may terminate the
