What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to give access to the game to the actual volunteers who helped clean up the environmental disaster so they can provide feedback that will help improve the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“14 days”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to gather feedback and make changes to dialogue and gameplay scenarios, as well as review the balance of game variables and improve it if necessary.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“This version includes all chapters of the story, but individual plots within the chapters will be refined based on player suggestions and feedback. New story endings will also be added as the game progresses.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to raise the price as we add new content and features, such as after the release of DLC.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We actively engage with the community through official Steam discussion forums and volunteer community Telegram channels. We will closely monitor player feedback regarding plot twists, narrative pacing, and the visual novel's action. Players will be able to report bugs, suggest interface improvements, and vote on whether we should emphasize certain aspects of the story or characters more in the final chapters. We believe that our players' real-world experiences will help make the narrative even more predictable and profound.”

About This Game

It might seem that the main threat in an environmental disaster is the fuel oil itself. It poisons the sea and the land, suffocates birds and dolphins, and contaminates food and drinking water. But environmental journalist Lena must fight not only against the oil, but also against the indifference of officials, the distrust of local residents, and the lack of coordination among hundreds of volunteers.

As Lena, make decisions on how best to handle the disaster: whether to follow your intuition or trust the people around you. All your choices affect the story and Lena herself: what she will sacrifice to save the coast, whom she will trust and whom she will betray, and whether she can cope with the pressure and exhaustion. And what should she do about the faint white haze she sees every time she looks out at the shore littered with dead fish?

Features:

— A story with multiple possible outcomes: the game offers dozens of ways to play and over forty endings;

— Conflicts with the system, with individuals, and with her own weaknesses: it’s easy to see yourself in Lena;

— Conditions close to reality: the game is based on interviews with real volunteers who came in 2025–2026 to save the southern city of Anapa from the consequences of an oil spill.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Artificial intelligence was used to create the game. With the help of ChatGPT, we were able to analyze and organize several thousand messages from eco-volunteer chat groups, as well as dozens of media articles, podcasts, and vlogs about the spill. All of this was necessary to identify key events, troubling themes, and the moods of people involved in disaster response, and was used by a human author to further develop the plot and dialogue. The images were created using Midjourney. Photos of real landscapes, but not people, were used to generate prompts. The game’s music was generated in Stability AI. The code to adapt the existing game structure to the Ren’py framework was written using Cursor AI.
