About This Game

You are the keeper of a museum of Japanese folding screens. 

One evening, an enigmatic painter named Kawanabe arrives with unusual news: your museum has been chosen by the Night Parade.

Each night, a procession of yōkai spirits winds through the galleries. The folding screens come to life and join the festivities, leaving their panels scattered by morning. 

It's up to you to put everything back in order.

About the Steam Next Fest Demo

The current demo offers an early preview of Rejoin's sorting and reassembly gameplay, featuring three Japanese folding screens.

The Night Parade storyline, supernatural cleansing, and museum progression are not yet featured in this demo.

Arrange each set of six panels in the correct order to reconstruct authentic, centuries-old Japanese folding screens, drawn from museums and private collections around the world.

The Night Parade leaves more than scattered panels behind.

Discover and remove the traces left by visiting spirits. Each leaves a different kind of disturbance, requiring a little care to cleanse.

Restore the artworks to their original beauty and prepare them for another night's festivities.

Tools, Abilities & Upgrades

Earn mon, traditional Japanese coins, for your work and exchange them for tools and upgrades from a mysterious merchant chest.

Expand your workspace with additional sorting tables and storage bins. Acquire new abilities to help you move, catch, organize, and reassemble panels more efficiently.

Guide the Night Parade

Not all spirits enjoy the same company.

Explore your museum map and guide the Night Parade through different galleries, matching the visiting yōkai with the spirits inhabiting the folding screens.

Earn the trust of the museum's residents to unlock new galleries for the Night Parade to explore.
