Pilot the ship, disembark to gather supplies, or hold fast and defend. Your role on board is yours to choose. Every fuel drum scavenged, every fuse swapped in darkness and every frantic repair could mean the difference between going home and going under.

DREAD THE DEEP

The horrors of the ocean have risen, and unfathomable shapes now move in the depths.

SCAVENGE TO SURVIVE

Pick your desired route length and difficulty before you set off. Longer, more difficult journeys hide better rewards, rarer boats and even more terrifying things in the water.

• Plunder derelicts, collect scrap, haul fuel and salvage whatever you can from the wrecks that have been dragged up from the ocean floor.

• Search carefully for weapons to wield, gear to outfit your crew and parts to keep your craft going.

• But choose wisely; every discovery is a trade-off between power and space.

CHART YOUR OWN COURSE

Every crew needs a home and your boat is yours. Each run starts fresh with a new ship.

• Completing harder expeditions unlocks new starting vessel, each with their own strengths, weaknesses, and personalities.

• Progression for your crew that carries between runs. Each attempt at making it out of the cursed waters alive is truly a unique experience.
