About This Game

You are a cat. You have a gun.

Every shot you fire launches you backward. Your legs are weapons. Your flatulence is a thruster. This is not a bug.

Pistol Cat is a physics-based open-world sandbox where your gun is simultaneously your weapon, your locomotion system, and your greatest liability. Chain recoil blasts with leg kicks and fart boosts to navigate a living town at maximum chaos — or just shoot everything until it breaks.

Core Mechanics

Recoil locomotion — your gun pushes you. Aim down to go up. Aim sideways to strafe. Master the kick and you fly.

Leg kicks — four-legged impulse system. Ground yourself, redirect mid-air, or just punt things.

Fart thruster — rear-mounted propulsion unit. Upgradeable. No further questions.

Destructible world — objects shatter, slice, and break into pieces. Smash everything. Collect the souls.

A Town Worth Destroying

Explore an open town with its own ecosystem — traffic, shops, day/night cycle, weather, NPC quests, item upgrades, and hidden secrets. Complete missions for the locals, earn money and souls, and spend them on upgrades that make your cat faster, louder, and more aerodynamic.

Progression

Missions — collect, deliver, reach, destroy, and equip your way through a layered quest chain.

Unlocks — guns, skins, accessories, items, and music tracks.

Upgrades — kick power, fart thrust, fire rate, and more. Invest wisely.

Steam Achievements — tracked milestones for the dedicated cat.

The Blood Moon

Periodically, the sky turns red. Everything you destroyed comes back. The town resets. So do the coins. Make the most of it.

Local Co-op

Bring a friend. Split-screen support for two players. More cats, more guns, more recoil.
