In the freezing mountains of Virelia, deep within the city of Nesgrad, lies a forgotten tragedy: Riverside Maternity Hospital. Sealed by the state in the 1980s and strictly forbidden to enter, this facility has left behind decades of dark, unanswered questions.

Independent investigator Mikhail Markov decides to uncover the truth hidden behind these rusted, sealed doors. But the moment he steps inside, he realizes one terrifying truth: some doors are sealed not to keep people out, but to keep what is inside from escaping. In these corridors where science ends and the paranormal begins, Mikhail’s only hope for survival is to find the source of the cry at the heart of the hospital.
