Why Early Access?

“We want to involve players early in the lifecycle of Social Space to help guide our development. Early Access allows us to test our multiplayer infrastructure and space-building mechanics with a live audience. Player feedback will directly shape our upcoming creation tools, social features, and interactive systems as we expand the game together.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep Social Space in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. This timeframe will allow us to gather community feedback, balance gameplay mechanics, and expand content based on what our players want to see most.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of Social Space is planned to feature a much wider variety of objects, circuits, and interactive items, allowing creators to better design their dream spaces. We also plan to release more complex avatar customization options, deeper social features, and advanced space-building tools alongside general quality-of-life improvements and optimizations.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes all core multiplayer features, including avatar movement and space exploration. Players can already use our creative toolset to build initial spaces and hang out together.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're not planning on changing the price when we leave early access, Social Space will always be free, allowing you to connect with your friends as well as others with no cost.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We believe the community is vital to the growth of Social Space. We will actively monitor our official Discord server, Steam Discussion forums, and social media platforms to gather player suggestions, bug reports, and feedback. Player input will directly influence which features, spaces, and activities we prioritize for our regular content updates.”
