Why Early Access?

“At this stage, Vestalborne is a continually growing and evolving game. We are quickly pushing out new content and playtesting features that may or may not make it into the final game. Because of this we will often be introducing breaking changes and massive overhauls that would not be expected in a feature complete game. We want the community to join us on the journey and enjoy the high and lows of building out this unlimited pixel adventure.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Vestalborne is planned to be in Early Access for at least three to six months, planning for a mid to late 2027 full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of the game will include polished systems, new content, stable cross-platform multiplayer and a solid foundation on which future content can be gradually released.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of the game is currently in development, with plans for an Early Access release in December 2026. A demo will be available as of Steam Next Fest in October 2026.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Although not yet confirmed we do plan on raising the price of the game once it reaches a feature complete 1.0 state.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are always open to community feedback and suggestions as we release new content and want to know what we have got right and what we haven’t. We are also working on dedicated modding support that will allow the community to build their own additions to the game that will potentially be considered for integration into the base game as well.”

About This Game

Vestalborne is an unlimited open world survival sandbox of fun combat and endless crafting across dimensions. Keep the Vestal Flame burning in a solo adventure, with friends, or against them.

Break the world, and build your own

Nothing in the world is fixed, it’s your unlimited sandbox. There’s hundreds of resources to collect and thousands of items to craft in this unlimited pixel adventure. Dig through mountains, tear down enemy strongholds and traverse the many dimensions to build the world you want to see.

Light the Vestal Flame

The Vestal Flame lives within you, Vestalborne. It’s your noble task to light the long cold altars and uncover the mysteries of the Wildlands and the depths below. The further you venture, the more you will discover, but tougher encounters will await you.

Fight like the light depends on it

Many will try to stop you on your journey. Deadly goblins raid towns in the night and patrol the caves below. Undead roam the lands in the darkness. And many a magical creature lurks in the forests of the Wildlands. But they are no match for a true Vestalborne.

Boundless riches (and dangers) await you in the dark caves below the Wildlands, and many a foe will try to stop you from obtaining them.

When the fighting is done, there’s a fire, a field, a furnace, and a full pot. Grow things. Cook things. Build things. Tend your flock. Make a home that's worth fighting for.

Open your world to friends to take on the evil of the Wildlands in a coop adventure. Or enable PvP and see which of you has what it takes to be the true power in these lands.
