About This Game

Embark on an asymmetric co-op journey where puzzle-solving and 2.5D combat rely on each other to succeed. Share in an intensely emotional story and overcome the challenges of escaping The Below together.

The Hero

Fight against creatures as you carry The Spirit through the realms. Dodge, parry, and charge up devastating elemental abilities to endure through the waves of enemies who want to keep you from escaping The Below.

The Spirit

Solve puzzles by swapping colors of blocks and destroying them, causing chain reactions and feeding players with powerful spirit energy. Unlock the portals between realms by overcoming the arenas of spirit-infused blocks and the towers that protect them; each requiring its own solution before you can move on.

Together

Action & Match-3 gameplay fuse together to provide challenging mechanical tests while you solve unique puzzles. Become more efficient and strategic as you play together, completing puzzle arenas with cooperative momentum. Success requires timing, coordination, and communication between The Spirit and The Hero.

Adaptive Difficulty

Play together despite differences in gaming skill levels. When one player gets stuck or struggles, the levers of destiny will pull to balance the challenges. Both players can help each other, but their gameplay is so different from one another that they truly get to drive their own success.
