“We currently expect The Pharm Sim to remain in Early Access for approximately 12–24 months, depending on development progress and community feedback.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include a significantly larger city, additional medicine types, expanded crafting and laboratory systems, and a more open-ended mission structure.

We also plan to expand the world with larger explorable environments between cities, additional gameplay systems, improved AI behaviors, more interactive NPC activities, and additional progression content throughout the game.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version already includes the core gameplay systems of The Pharm Sim.

Players can craft medicine, manage inventory, interact with customers, manage economy systems, complete deliveries, explore the city, build and organize their pharmacy, and use save/load systems.

The current tutorial and initial gameplay content can be completed in approximately 15 minutes, after which players are free to continue building and managing their pharmacy experience at their own pace.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The price of the game will increase after Early Access as more content, systems, and features are added throughout development.

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to actively involve the community through Steam Discussions, our website, and community feedback channels. Player feedback, bug reports, balancing suggestions, and gameplay ideas will play an important role during development.

About This Game

The Pharm Sim is a first-person pharmacy management and crafting simulation game set in a dystopian future where modern cities struggle to survive in the middle of endless deserts.

Start with a small pharmacy and build your own pharmaceutical empire. Produce medicines, manage supplies, research new formulas, serve customers, and expand your laboratory while trying to survive in a collapsing world.

Manage every aspect of your business:

• Craft and package different types of medicine
• Organize your storage and manage stock
• Order supplies and control your economy
• Upgrade your pharmacy and laboratory equipment
• Unlock new production systems and formulas
• Deliver products across the city
• Explore the surrounding urban and desert environments
• Interact with civilians and growing city activity

As your business grows, customer demands become more difficult and production becomes more complex. Improve your efficiency, manage your resources carefully, and expand your influence across the city.

The Pharm Sim combines immersive first-person gameplay with management, crafting, economy, and exploration systems inside a stylized dystopian world.
