Voice-synthesis software character Kasukabe Tsumugi, supported by KASUKABE project, finally joins Desktop Mate!

A high school student from Saitama Prefecture, Kasukabe Tsumugi is an 18-year-old "Hyper Saitama Gal." Since her debut as a voice-synthesis software character in 2021, she has been beloved by creators and fans alike across video production, game streaming, and many other genres. Now Kasukabe Tsumugi is coming to your desktop.

In this DLC, you can enjoy a variety of Kasukabe Tsumugi's adorable, fashion-conscious gestures—occasionally taking out her smartphone to fix her bangs or take selfies. Pat her to see her cheerful peace sign, watch her browse video sites on her phone while lying down, or notice how her hiding poses differ between left and right—every detail is packed with personality. When an alarm goes off, she'll lean forward energetically to greet you with all the bright, high-energy charm of a Hyper Saitama Gal.
