Slime Rivals is an open world creature-collector RPG set in Chromaea, a colorful hand-pixeled world where humans and slimes live side by side. Play as Dove, a reluctant new coach trying to protect her family’s gym, challenge rival coaches and trainers, and grow stronger through the fast-paced sport of rallyball.

BATTLE

Rallyball is all about timing, positioning, and control. Coach your slimes through skill-based matches where every bounce matters, then travel from town to town to face rival gyms, wild slimes, trainers, and powerful coaches with their own strategies. Progression is exclusively skill-based: wins come from learning the game, mastering your timing, and making smarter plays.

GROW

Chromaea is a storybook open world spread across 7 unique biomes, each filled with towns, routes, secrets, slimes, and challenges. Climb glacial mountains with the Stonecycle, cross treacherous waters with Glade Fins, and light your way through dark caves with the Glowlamp. As you unlock new equipment, previously unreachable areas open up, revealing rarer slimes, hidden paths, and tougher challenges.

COLLECT

Collect over 7,200 slime variants across your journey, including ultra-rare Hollow and Spectre slimes found only in the most exotic corners of Chromaea. Add slimes to your collection by finding 100+ hidden slimes throughout the world or by defeating wild slimes in a flawless victory without losing a single point. Face 10 boss fights against legendary slimes, then bring your favorites back to your Slime Garden to relax, play, and show off your collection.

RACE

When you’re ready for something faster, enter deep, strategic slime races and put your team to the test in a different kind of competition. Racing is entirely optional and not required to advance the story, but it adds another way to bond with your slimes, chase records, and enjoy Chromaea beyond the gym circuit.
