About This Game

You don't climb into the cockpit. You command the company.

Deathmarch Titans is a mech tactics game of real-time battles you can pause at any moment. Build a lance of up to eight war machines down to the last weapon, sign with a Great House, and fight for titles in arenas the whole galaxy is watching.

THE GRAND TOURNEY

The Great Houses have bled each other white. Now they settle their wars in the arena, and they pay mercenary companies to do the bleeding.

  • Make your captain. Choose a face, colours, a pilot class and a trait, then sign with one of four House patrons. Every House has its own quests, and it pays for loyalty in credits, standing, mechs and weapons.
  • Climb the circuit. Start in the Beginner Cup and fight up through Open, Cup and Championship tournaments to the Grand Championship. Tonnage limits rise round by round, from quick 250-ton lances to 800-ton walls of assault mechs.
  • Win, or go without. A win pays prize money and salvage, and the beaten company's banner is yours. Lose a bout and you fight on for placing, with nothing salvaged.
  • Take to the stars. Travel a map of 40 contested worlds. Defend your titles against challengers, hunt bounties, answer duels of honour against House champions, and watch the Houses take worlds from each other.
  • Fight in front of the crowd. Stadium bowls packed with spectators. A foundry where lava floods the ring every ten seconds. A frozen whiteout. A salvage yard where a fallen giant still reaches for the sky. A space dock where pylons arc into passing mechs and fuel tanks go up in fireballs.
  • Make a name. Paint your company, fly your banner, and leave a record that outlives your captain.

The war won't wait for you. Valdris Prime falls in your first week on the circuit, and reports from House Valdris's march come in between your bouts. One day its commander comes home to hold a tourney of his own, and he takes the champion's seat himself.

PAUSE. PLAN. UNLEASH.

Every battle runs in real time. Stop it whenever you like.

  • Give the orders. Pause to move, pick targets and set stances, then let the plan play out. Every mech also fights to its role: scouts flank, strikers circle, artillery hangs back.
  • Call your shots. Take the legs off a fast mech, strip a weapon arm, or go for the core. A veteran pilot lands the shot. A rookie might miss the mech entirely.
  • Use the ground. Hits from behind do more damage. Rounds and beams stop on cover; missiles and mortars arc over it.
  • Call in your ship. Every company flies a named ship, and its skills strike from above the battle.
  • Hand over when you want to. Auto Combat fights the lance until you take command.

BUILD THE MACHINE. FIND THE COMBINATION.

  • Dozens of mechs, from light scouts to colossus walkers, built by the Great Houses, the mercenary trade and stranger hands.
  • Fit chain cannons, mag rifles, beam lasers, plasma cannons, missile racks, mortars, flame projectors and close-combat blades. Balance tonnage, slots and heat, and check your lance's damage at every range before you launch.
  • Hunt rare and Unique weapons with signature effects: the Widowmaker, the Hellstorm, the Gatewarden.
  • Field mechs from one faction to unlock its doctrine, or mix factions to stack their strengths. Turn critical hits into evasive bursts, break armour with sustained fire, or blanket the ground in burning bombardment.
  • Optimise in one click, then tune every slot by hand.

PILOTS WORTH KEEPING

Every mech has a pilot with a name, a face and a voice. They talk to you through the fight, earn experience from every battle, and rise from Rookie to Veteran to Ace, unlocking abilities for their role. Rare mechs come with veterans already in the seat. Keep them alive and they will win you bouts no loadout can.

VERSUS

Take your command online.

  • Draft a company one pick at a time, choosing one of three mechs with every pick.
  • Start at 150 tons. Every win raises your cap by 50 tons and earns three more picks.
  • Win seven bouts before you lose three.
  • Bouts are live one-on-one battles against other commanders on the Grand Tourney arenas, with two 20-second pauses each.
  • You're matched with commanders on the same record. If nobody is around, an AI commander takes the other seat, so you never sit waiting.
  • Set your portrait, colours and banner, then climb the season ladder to the podium.

DEATHMARCH

Go deep enough into the Grand Tourney and a second war opens.

House Valdris has fallen. As Des Valdris, follow the trail of its betrayers across a three-act roguelite campaign: fifteen branching operations through rival Houses, corrupted lands and the alien Silence. Salvage, stores and story encounters shape the march. Equipment and battle damage carry from one operation to the next, and a bonded command mech grows with you. When a run ends, the ancient Chronolith offers another chance.

Designed for mouse and keyboard.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

AI was used to create write parts of the game code, to refine textures, for generation of scene props, pilot portraits and some audio content - to be used as placeholders while in playtests.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

The core theme of the game is resurrection from death. This concept is baked into the roguelite workflow. Your mech team gets destroyed and your artifact resets time to start again.
