Violence and Gore: The game features first-person combat where blunt weapons (such as hammers) and environmental elements are used to tear apart, mutilate, and decapitate enemies, showing detailed blood and dismemberment.

Cannibalism: As part of the core mechanics and narrative, the player character consumes human remains from defeated enemies in order to survive.

Themes and Substances: The plot addresses kidnapping by a fictional cult and the forced administration of mind-altering substances (fictional drugs) that induce a state of psychosis and cannibalism. The environment and situations become progressively surreal and disturbing as the story progresses.
