Why Early Access?

“The core experience is playable but the game isn't finished yet.

We've got the main hub island with changing seasons and weather conditions.
Mable, Finn and Ivy are our residents that you'll get to know and build relationships with.
You can collect items through foraging, gardening and combine them with recipes.
And an extensive character customization system with a base appearance and cosmetic items.

All of this works but it's still being refined and there's a lot we want to implement yet.
These features need real player feedback to get right, especially the social and creative systems that depend on how people actually use them.

The development roadmap is all planned out for the next 6 months and the game will receive regular updates during Early Access.”

“Player-created worlds - Build your own spaces with an in-game editor and invite others to visit
Player housing - A personal room to decorate with things you've found and grown
Instanced actitvities - Get together in groups to take on challenges and participate in minigames to receive exclusive items, cosmetics and currency
Tools & Instruments - Pick up a guitar and play it. Use specialized tools to help you gain more materials faster.
Trading - Give items to friends or swap rarities with strangers
Seasonal events - Themed decorations, limited items, and surprises throughout the year
More island residents - New characters with their own stories and personalities

“The core experience is here. Everything's still a little rough around the edges but it works.

Right now the game includes:
* a handcrafted island hub world with 4 seasons and 6 weather conditions
* our 3 permanent residents Mabel, Finn and Ivy
* a foraging system with 30+ collectible items across multiple zones
* a gardening system with plantable, harvestable crops
* recipes to combine items
* extensive character customization and cosmetic items
* a daily rotating shop where you can spend the currency you earn in game

About This Game

Come hang out.

Tendergrove is a multiplayer social game about sharing a small, cozy island with other people.

You'll wander through misty woods looking for rare mushrooms after a rainstorm.
You'll plant a garden and check on it tomorrow.
You'll sit on a bench at the lookout point and watch the sun go down with someone you just met.

And maybe that's enough.

A living island

The world runs on a real-time day and night cycle shared by everyone. Morning light filters through the foraging woods. Afternoon rain brings out mushrooms you can't find any other time. Fog rolls in and rare things appear in places you've walked past a hundred times. Snow blankets the garden terrace in winter.

The island is small enough to know by heart but dense enough to keep surprising you.

Forage, collect, discover

Wander the island and pick up what you find. Flowers in the morning, shells on the beach, glowing crystals in the cave. What appears depends on the time of day, the weather, and the season, so there's always something new to look for.

Fill your collection journal page by page. Trade what you gather for currency at the shop, and spend it on outfits, hats, and accessories. The rarest finds take patience and a bit of luck.

Grow something

Claim a garden plot on the terrace and plant seeds you've found or bought. Water them, wait, come back later to see what grew. Some plants bloom in an hour. Others take days. A few only grow in specific weather.

Your garden is yours to tend at your own pace.

Nobody's going to steal your turnips, probably.

Make yourself at home

Create a unique character, customize your face, hair, outfit, and colors.
Express yourself with emotes and chat with other players.

This is a place to be yourself.

Meet your new neighbours

Mabel runs the shop and loves mushrooms more than anything. She'll remember the rare chanterelle you sold her last week and ask if you've found any more.
Finn is the enthusiastic young guide who trips over his words when he's excited about a discovery.
Ivy tends the garden and speaks about plants the way some people speak about old friends.

They notice the weather. They remember your name. They react to what you've done.

They know the island better than anyone else, get to know them and earn their trust and maybe they'll let you in on a secret or two...
